A typical drawing process

So, last week it was SUPER nice here....like 70 Fahrenheit and OVER!!!
so of course I had to get outside and work on my tan :) haha just kidding but I did get a little darker while I was out there though which is kind of a bonus right :)

Well anyways the real reason I was out was just because of the nice weather and since we've been having some pretty cold temperatures for the majority of this Spring (including snow :(
Well yeah you know, when it warms up you can't spend all day indoors!

So yep I decided I'd do my drawing out there instead, which was fabulous! (oh my goodness did I really just say fabulous!) well it was, so don't judge me :D hehe

anyways here's some pictures I snapped while I was at it,

You might recognize this picture from my header.
Anyways I ended up mostly using the water colors on the right side and left out penning altogether sticking with pencils since I wanted a softer look but you tell me, do you think it would have looked better if I'd penned it? Did you like this drawing, go ahead and shoot me a comment if you did, and if you have any idea's for future drawings go ahead and put that in comments too :D

Thanks Abilaine for the suggestion :) it was really fun, I even challenged a friend to try and do it too :)
You said reading or something so I went with painting since that's what I've been doing a lot of lately, I like how it turned out :)

If anybody else would like to make a suggestion please put it in the comments box below and thanks for reading :)

Alicia Autumn

What can I say, I love Fall and I think it was pretty evident it was going to pop into my art sooner or later...right now I'm teeming with idea's for fall drawings, I prefer to use lots of colors in my drawings so you can be sure that my fall colors will not only be fall-ish but also tinted with other bright autumn colors...and yes I know blue is not found on a discoloring leaf but as I've said before, I don't have a lot of boundaries when it comes to watercolors for instance I'd never use a pink pencil color for hair but watercolor, now that's alright; I'm not sure I can explain why I'm like that I just am if any of you guys have any idea's please feel free to share them :)

Also if you have any drawings idea's go ahead and share them, I might not get to them right away but be assured that if you do request something I'll be extremely grateful and get on it when the inspiration hits my face :)
